A conversation, not a checkout
Koshini does not take payment on this website. You send us an enquiry, we confirm the details with you, and only then is it an order.
1. Build your enquiry
Add the covers you are interested in. Prices shown are our current prices and include all applicable taxes, but nothing is fixed until we confirm.
2. Send it on WhatsApp
We prepare the message for you — your order number, your items and the subtotal. You just press send. We give you a private tracking link at the same time.
3. We confirm the details
We check stock, ask for your delivery address, tell you the delivery charge for your pincode, and agree the final total and payment arrangement with you.
4. Follow it to your door
Your tracking link updates as we prepare, pack and ship your order, with courier details once it is on its way.
We can open WhatsApp with your order summary, but only you can press send. If you close it by accident, come back to your confirmation page and tap “Open WhatsApp again”, or message us with your order number.
Prices and totals
Prices include all applicable taxes. The subtotal you see is for the products only. Delivery charge confirmed after we receive your address. Your final total is confirmed in the conversation before anything is dispatched.

Delivery across India — we'll confirm timelines for your pincode on WhatsApp.
Payment
We arrange payment with you directly — cash on delivery, UPI or bank transfer. There is no card form on this website and we will never ask for card or OTP details.
Changing or cancelling
Before an order is packed, just tell us on WhatsApp and we will change or cancel it. See our returns and cancellations policy for what happens after that.
